What are the best supplements to use when I am weight training

You don't necessarily need anything before training. If I am tired I will just have a cup of black coffee. For after training, go home and eat a proper meal. That will be better than any supplement. You can look into taking creatine and N2Generate but they don't have to be timed around training.
