I was at the gym the other day and some dude walks in there and throws on three plates on the incline bench and he’s doing reps. He’s pretty damn strong I have a hard time even with one plate. I don’t understand how people can get that strong ? What is the secret strategy, I tried to watch him train the rest of the session and he started to give me mean looks so I wasn’t able to track him around the gym.
