Lifting for track

Any explosive movements, specially for your legs. Also, the leaner you are, the less “unnecessary” weight you’ll carry so you’ll be faster. Diet will help with that.

Sprints with resistance and jump squats are obvious options. You can also do bench step ups, the most important thing is doing them as explosive as you can to develop that speed you want. Hope that helps. ✌️
