Does anyone out there just lift purely for health. Is getting huge all anyone cares about anymore? We have people juicing, loading up there bodies with supplements. whatever happened to eating right and lifting for purely health reasons? I have a friend who is a skinny guy who doesnt lift that much. He was on andro for about 3 weeks and got ripped and shot his bench up to 230lb. Whats so special about that, nothing. He didn't sweat hard in the gym, he didn't bust is ass on hard sets. What happened to lifting weights guys?
