stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Jul 16, 2019 #5 injuries need to be nursed or they will get worse the problem is younger guys always assume they can get hurt and push through injuries because it worked for them all their life so far.. once you get into your 30's and 40's especially you push through injuries you end up making it worse

Nothing wrong with lifting around injuries. That's kinda what you're supposed to do. Just dont aggravate the injury
