Not adding a serm in PCT?

Would adding osta from week 2 (if you do a 6 week cycle + 4 week pct) be stupid or not?

Stupid? No.
Pointless? Possibly.

Osta and LGD are used for the same purpose, but LGD does it exponentially better. LGD would cast quite a shadow over Osta and you would probably never see any of the benefits. LGD is more like a mild steroid, and if they compete for receptors it will ultimately win. Search for a thread by "letsgosarms", if I remember correctly he used Osta to boost his LGD cycle because he ran them back to back and found out the hard way that your body adapts quickly to LGD.

Will it hurt you if you start in week 4? No, but it won't help much either.

Personally I would simply use it in PCT. If you still really want to use it on cycle I'd reccomend starting it on week 6 (4 weeks in). Osta's kick in time is around 2 weeks so using it then would ensure full power by the time you start PCT :D
 
How is LGD as far as hair sides? Thinning, receeding frontal line, or general shedding.

Haven't seen many complaints on hair problems with Osta, but considering LGD is newer and much more potent, its making me a little bit leery and I'd guess it would be more of a "shock" to the body....or it just does things better, which would make its potential for harm greater.

I experienced no substantial shedding while on cycle. Honestly made no difference in my normal hair loss. (Checked it daily)
 
Alright guys, figured I was due for an update as I only have just short of a week left of PCT. I feel perfectly normal, maybe even a bit better. I've retained all of my gains fairly easily. I kept my training frequency the same and I'm still busting PRs! I'm shocked that there was no kind of strength loss, and even more shocked that I'm still improving my lifts. No lethargy, High libido, no sign of gyno, perfect blood pressure, and I feel awesome. I'll be seeing the doctor for a physical and some bloods in a month. Looks like I've got some great gains to show off in Cancun in late August :)

What would you attribute your fat gain to? You said you gained a little, right? I'm hoping keeping the calories at slightly above maintenance will allow me to lose a few % body fat while gaining a few pounds of muscle over the course of 8 weeks. I'd be extremely happy to lose 2% body fat whil gaining 4-5 lbs of muscle. I'll be on an IF diet by the way.

Final Update

I kept every single pound and all of the strength! Finished PCT about 2 days ago.

Fat gain, what little there was, was due to the excess calories. I was eating well over a 1k excess someways just trying to really squeeze some more lbs outta the LGD. The recomp you're trying to achieve with it is very possible.

Im intrigued by your results. I kept every lb of muscle gained on LGD and my strength as well, the same as you. I experienced nearly zero testicular atrophy as well, just as you did. More people should try this wonderful sarm. With a good pct, the gains obtained on cycle are 100% keepable. It may even be light enough on the hpta to bridge with

I honestly see this as a very viable option for bridging. I guess someone's gotta try it out and let us know!
