LGD 4033 Log (and then some..)

Chest/tris day. I increased the weight on every set and still beat my reps from last week on every one. This is a SIGNIFICANT increase in strength and its not even a full week yet on this shit. Sleep was excellent last night. Also since I haven't mentioned it, sex drive is pretty good still. I feel like my libido could be suffering slightly but i was experiencing this right before I went on cycle, because of work stress. Ill let you know if it worsens.

Libido is fine for me bro on day 6. Definitely keep me posted on that

seconded, forgot to mention this in my log..

my libido seems to be the highest it has been in ages(maybe 1 year). and only at 22 years old i am saying this. staying strong so far. can't wait to see what 3 weeks produce then go from there
 
Yea it's way too soon for any shutdown, it's just some work stress. Raises my bp and keeps me out of the mood. And of course now my gf wants to boink twice a day when I don't.
 
so you've noticed some added strength. are you noticing any increased vascularity? joint pains or aches? how is your soreness after workouts, or are you not sore?
muscle hardness? more muscle fullness/thickness? cardio effects? blood pressure?
im just thinking it would be good to keep eyes on these and include in your log so that we can really pin down what types of cycles to run this in...

Thats the thing, I've pretty much described everything I've felt so far, positive and negative. I will certainly report anything that I feel isn't right or out of the norm. I haven't reported on vascularity but it is improved so sorry for leaving that out. Other than that, I sleep like a baby and I feel incredible, especially in the gym. I look bigger, I feel bigger, and I'm lifting bigger. Worst side I've experienced is increased appetite, if you can classify that as negative. My joints are holding up prefectly, if not better than they were, and my bulging discs in my back feel almost non existent (3 total). I haven't experienced DOMS in the past 5 workouts. I worked my l chest and tris so fucking hard yesterday and they feel untouched. I'm only 1 week into this and Im determined to go the full 8.
 
damn, that sounds pretty promising. no soreness for 5 workouts and killing it, sounds like full on juice to me!
curious about the increased appetite. have you taken EQ before?

increased appetite can be a good thing if you have healthy food cooked and prepared ahead of time. but damn it KILLS me when i go to the grocery store hungry. worst idea ever

good luck man, and keep up the good work. seems like this stuff is pretty strong.
Are you going to up the dose each week? can't imagine what will happen if you get to 10mg
 
Haven't done eq but I've heard tales of the hunger. I cram down almonds and spinach to ease the hunger between meals. Ill be increasing the dose to 4mg in the morning, marking the beginning of week 2. It should be an insane week at the gym

Excellent advise there with the almonds and spinach, these would be very good for snack. I ate peanuts and no-sugar dark chocolate today with workout as snack. I don't subscribe to the "fat makes fat" idea. Almonds can also be bought as a almond flour for cooking too.

Fat doesn't make fat indeed. The right fats at the right amount are an intricate part of the muscle building and fat loss process! I love raw almonds
 
so if you could guess, are you thinking this is more anabolic or androgenic in nature?
i would say s4 is a litle more androgenic, and ostarine more anabolic....from what you are saying, i am thinking anabolic because you aren't really experiencing much hardness or fat loss like s4 correct?
