If I was going to add some caesin protein (pure shake not mixed with whey) in with my whey mixtures what would be the best time to do so?
I take at least 4 shakes a day on workout days so i was thinking doing whey shakes all the time except pre and post workout but then I thought that caesin digests slower so that would be a waste because it wouldn't get into my system fast enough.
what do you guys and gals do?
