I do like the general premise of going no-pants, but for those of us in colder climates that may not be a viable option. I suggest an alternative method of identifying yourself as an EF member. How about:

1) Pants on but inside out
2) Rubber glove for a hat
3) Furry vest (any color and/or animal will do)
4) One shoe and one rollerskate on.
