How is your quad muscularity coming in from the letrozole?

As you know I train my legs harder than anything but it is a struggle due to genetics and my height. But since the letro (and peps) the vascularity is really coming out in my quads. The muscle looks harder and just better overall. Looking forward to training them next.

I started 1.5mg last night... so strong... could feel the difference when I woke up.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate whether letrozole incorporated in a gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist multiple dose protocol (MDP) improved controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) results in poor responders who underwent IVF treatment.

METHODS: In this retrospective cohort study, a total of 103 consecutive IVF cycles that were performed during either the letrozole/GnRH antagonist MDP cycles (letrozole group, n=46) or the standard GnRH antagonist MDP cycles (control group, n=57) were included in 103 poor responders. COS results and IVF outcomes were compared between the two groups.

RESULTS: Total dose and days of recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone (rhFSH) administered were significantly fewer in the letrozole group than in the control group. Duration of GnRH antagonist administered was also shorter in the letrozole group. The number of oocytes retrieved was significantly higher in the letrozole group. However, clinical pregnancy rate per cycle initiated, clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer, embryo implantation rate and miscarriage rate were similar in the two groups.

CONCLUSION: The letrozole incorporated in GnRH antagonist MDP may be more effective because it results comparable pregnancy outcomes with shorter duration and smaller dose of rhFSH, when compared with the standard GnRH antagonist MDP.

It doesn't help matters though that I seem to have developed an addiction to vanilla ice cream with honey on top... 5 days in a row I have had lots... had about 1000 cals worth before

Man, I want some of that. I trained legs two hours ago and now I'm getting real hungry!!!

I have stopped my letrozole. It was a great run and helped make me look tighter but I think a break is needed. I don't want to be running high doses for long periods. Plus I don't need it for the cycle I am on as my aas doses are fairly low now. I will try and get my cholesterol etc tested to see how I am.

Letrozole sure helped cut you up fast.

It did even with a very relaxed diet. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get shredded in the short term (providing other things are in place).

Preliminary study of letrozole use for improving spermatogenesis in non-obstructive azoospermia patients with normal serum FSH

Conclusions
The results indicate that spermatogenesis might improve with letrozole administration for 3 months in men with NOA and normal serum levels of FSH, E2 and T. This small group of four patients represents a subgroup of men suffering from NOA.
