Letro + Nolva proper dosage and time using them

I'm currently looking for the best way to take Letro+Nolva to help with my gyno and puffy nipples. I know that I need to take Nolva AFTER Letro but what I'm looking for is which form I should use, liquid or pills? Also, what would be the ideal dosage for both of them considering the fact that I'm not on a cycle or PCT? And for how long I should use Letro and Nolva?
