How do you guys deal with lethargy on a cutting diet?
I have quite a manuel job and some days I am so tierd. This is due to my low carb diet.
Is there a way to find out how many carbs I need to last the day?
Is there anything I can take for it?
Or do I just deal with it and feel knackered all the time?

depends on the diet, how much fat are you taking in ? i find if my fats are high i am fine, i often use CKD diet or just low carbs centered round my workout only. with CKD i obvioulsy feel better the quicker i can fall into keto

It's quite new to me the whole cutting diet. Not quite sure how much fat I'm consuming. How much is needed? Iv carried on eating the same really, but just cut out the carbs in say 4 out of my 6 meals.
Breakfast - 3eggs
10o'clock salad and 150g of some kind of meat.
1o'clock 1pitta or 3 rice cakes and 150g of meat.
4.30 pre workout banana and whey
6.30 post workout banana and whey
7.30 dinner some kind of meat & veg,
10.00 protein shake or cottage cheese.
The meat I have is normally tuna, salmon,pork, beef, turkey or chicken.
This any good, what's your cutting diet like?

Yous shoud find out how much maintenance calories you need and refigure your diet ratio for example 30% carbs, 40% proetein, and 30% fats (omega fats not saturated which you do not really have in your diet)
