There are some "muscle" pics on the Women's Board....not a lot of muscle there, but it's somethin'.

Wish I could take a lot of the credit for Quad growth - genetics is in my favor there. Don't have to do a lot of work to maintain muscle there. The upper body sucks though. :(

the pic he psoted large was an old one that was posted large, by me, a long time ago. It was not a recent pic. It is also deleted now - it was one I wanted removed awhile ago but somehow wasn't. I deleted it, so if you saw it when he posted you got lucky! It's gone now! :)
 
The links to old pics posted full size are still out there in EF land somewhere and they still work.
