tough question - been training for about 10 years, but for about 8 of that I had no idea what the hell I was doing. I was the typical cardio-bunny who didn't lift weights enough and ate all the wrong things. I ate basically no fat or protein, just things like bagels, salad, fruit, yogurt, bread, etc.
For the last couple years I have educated myself more, gotten to know my body more and gotten smarter. Now, even though I am older, I am in a better position to get better results with what I do.
