i took a week off cuz of my elbow, it felt like a long time. but i didnt get weaker at all.. heres the workout

squats: warmup - 135x15, 185x10, 225x8

work sets - 275x8, 315x5, 365x2

leg press: 3 plates 12, 4 plates 10 then 2 plates for 20 real quick

leg ext 2x15

hammer S. leg curl: 120 3x10-12

Biceps:

DB curl - 20x15, 30x10 then a drop set 40x6, 30x6, 20x8

Db preacher - 3x12
 
it seems like im weak on biceps but all the tendons around my left elbow are inflamed, so i ahve to go light, i cant use 60's with my right and 30's with my left :) it woul look silly...

but once that gets better, im gonna start blasting my arms..:D
 
Once you are healed then worry about the weight. I couldn't do flat Barbell curl for a while due to a slightly torn pronator teres and brachialis, now I am putting the weight on nice and steady...

Good numbers all around BTW;)
