Legs are lacking

Lets say someone just paid attention to there upper body and not there legs. how would he get his legs count up so it is propotional to his upper body?
 
I am = ), but I am doing tri,chest and shoulder one day, Back and Bi another, Legs on the 3rd. Then rest. Should i do Legs on the day of rest?
 
You should be doing legs on day 1. Prioritize. Your legs are weak, train them when you are your freshest and can dedicate all of your time and energy into making them better.
 
train with heavy power movements

lay off the upper a little........

it may help........
 
train them babies with squats......i wouldn't slack off the rest of the body,just start a split with quads on one day and hams another.then you can concentrate on the whole juicy leg;)
