Lets say someone just paid attention to there upper body and not there legs. how would he get his legs count up so it is propotional to his upper body?
You should be doing legs on day 1. Prioritize. Your legs are weak, train them when you are your freshest and can dedicate all of your time and energy into making them better.
train them babies with squats......i wouldn't slack off the rest of the body,just start a split with quads on one day and hams another.then you can concentrate on the whole juicy leg
