Legality bringing Nolvadex & Clomid across the border

I know a read a post about it being legal to bring Nolvadex and Clomid across the the border say from Mexico into USA. I really could use some solid facts on this issue. Since my friend is living in San Diego she said she could go for me saving me a 10 hour drive one way. So I really would appreciate this info Bro's! Anyway I hope everyone is well and Juice Up. Im not totally new to the board but it appears I had to get a new account. Since I usually just read and absorbe I plan to take the usuall advice and get an encrypted email as well as use the search for my most of my research. Sorry I had to delete the pic I will post it when I can shrink the size!

Damn dude, you need to reduce the aize of that pic, im on cable so no sweat, but if I were on a dial up, I'd be miffed if I had to download that.
 
LOL...Although those are unscheduled items,if you do not have a valid prescription for them,there's a good chance that they may get confiscated,as they require a valid script to purchase legally.
 
According to a loophole in the importing law,you are allowed to bring back a 3 month supply of a non-narcotic drug into the US.

any more takers on this subject ...I really do appreciate any advice since the it cost about $180 for me to fly down there or a 20 hour round trip drive
 
No one will stop her with Nolvadex and or clomid, especially if the buyer is a woman. Just like an antibotic would not be stopped at the border either.
 
Clomid & nolvadex are white & look like aspirin. Just take some
empty or partially empty aspirin bottles & put them in there.
Be creative!
I also brought viagara along with Aleve. Both are blue & same
size. No one is going to check individual tabs.

Bro...I just did it! Walked across the Tex/Mex border last weekend with 2 boxes of Clomid and no prescription. When I got the stuff at the pharmacia the guy said I didn't need a prescription. I did get a script for ritalin (for a friend). The dude at the border checked my meds, including the Clomid,....and believe me I WAS A LITTLE SCARED...b/c I had 23 sus preloads taped to my belly (ever see the movie midnight express?)....i know that was a dumbass thing to do..but they were gonna charge me $10/shot to carry them. Anyway...I digress. She should have no probs! Have fun.

Look, I am not a lawyer, so I have not really read through all of the pages on that site - ok?

I was wondering of anyone like KNEW a real answer, facts ..... and if maybe others had opinions on what actually was happening at the border in relation to these things.

It's my understanding that proviron falls into the area of anabolics, not just regular meds, so they are controlled just like dbol, boldenon, etc. I've seen a site on the net where you can order Arimidex, clomid, etc., but I haven't found anybody yet that has ordered from them to know if they are legit. Anybody try Lifestylepharmacy?

You don't have to be a lawyer to READ the pages. It's in simple text here :

"If a U.S. resident wants to bring in a controlled substance other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroine, or LSD, but does not have a prescription for the substance issued by a U.S.-licensed practitioner (e.g., physician, dentist, etc.) registered with and authorized by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to prescribe the mediation, the individual may not import more than 50 dosage units of the medication."

And this was found on the page that WeeMan linked :

"This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border. These medications must be declared upon arrival, be for your own personal use and in their original container."

So if you want Clomid, Nolva, and Viagra - bring it back across. They are approved by the FDA and are acceptable for importation.
 
well basically a good rule to go by was the 50 dose law, and they usually let you bring it back with no script, unless you get a jerkoff customs agent.........and after the attack and while the war is going on, they arent letting anyone bring shit back, you have to get vocal and let them know they cant take your rights as an american away under the 50 dose law.....and they cant change the laws................just tell them to fuck off, get their supervisor and let them have it just like I did! They tried to pull their shit on me, so I already knew what was up, told them I dont have to have a script for shit at 50 doses, the supervisor gave it to me, they just wanted to be assholes!
 
I got my own question on this. I already know the 50 dose law. Heck, I read just about every article on the customs website. Wondering if it'll be ok if I bring back this :

Erythromyocin - antibiotic (couple of boxes)
Viagra - for great sex (just a few pills, like 1 box worth)

Nolvadex - anti-e
Proscar / Propecia - do they sell this in MX ?'
Clenbuterol - for "asthma"

Omifin (AKA clomid) - post cycle

Now I know it's ok to bring it back, but all at once? What's everyone's take on that? They are all legal. The first two won't be used during the cycle, just at random. The next 3, during the cycle, and of course the clomid post cycle.
 
Well I am about to go to Mexico and test the law get some clomid maybe nolva tooo I let yall know what happens

well I advise you to make a copy or print the documentatijon off of the customs website and carry it with you, and when they hassle pull it out, and say you cant take my rights as a citizen away, cause right now their not letting shit back!
 
I can tell you this they let me bring my stuff back I told them I had Clomid and Nolva and they did not even check the bag it was in or hardly even look at us and noone was hardly even crossing when we went Texas/Mex crossing was nothing and it is 100% legal to bring back Clomid and Nolva.
Didnt have time to go shopping around was in a hurry but...
I picked up 2 boxes of Clomid (Omifin) 50mg * 30 tabs for 15.30 a piece also grabed a box of Nolvadex 20mg * 14 Tabs for $17.00 something didnt get to look at any AS ohh well. The Border Crossing was a joke. When comming back to Tx they didnt even look at our (me and my Wifes) ID's they just saw they were from Texas and wavied us through. Went to declare my Clomid and Nolva set em up on the table in the bag they didnt even look at them just asked if we had any thing else and said go on. I could have declared anything they didnt even open the plastic sack.
BTW we walked over if you couldnt tell had fun wish we would have had more time to shop it up oh well always next time
