leg workout

Actually, it would be better to use this type of routine:

1. Squats - 5 x 5 (nice and heavy, yet with good form)
2. Leg Presses - 3 x 12-15 (focus on letting the quads travel to the side of the chest)
3. Stiff Leg Deadifts or Lying Leg Curls - 3 x 12-15

5 sets of leg press then go and do 5x5 squats

I have that in my workout except that squat are with the hack squat machine. I use to do 2min pause between each set and when I feel more fatigued I put between these 2 exercices an other body part :)

and lunges 3 x 12-15
 
I did the leg press then squat workout today. I really really liked it. My knees felt so smooth in motion and my legs are DEAD
