Actually, it would be better to use this type of routine:
1. Squats - 5 x 5 (nice and heavy, yet with good form)
2. Leg Presses - 3 x 12-15 (focus on letting the quads travel to the side of the chest)
3. Stiff Leg Deadifts or Lying Leg Curls - 3 x 12-15
I have that in my workout except that squat are with the hack squat machine. I use to do 2min pause between each set and when I feel more fatigued I put between these 2 exercices an other body part
