Leg work out

I have 2 questions
1. Who works out glutes should I add to routine?
2. If I do 2 exercises for quads 8 sets total should I do same for hamstrings? Right now just doing 4 sets of Curls what else should I do?

Leg work out
Squats
Leg curls
Seated calf raises
Standing calf raises
Leg press
Both hip abducters

Maybe you should add some stiff leg deadlifts? The hamstrings have 2 main functions, flexion of the knee and extension of the hips. Leg curls = knee flexion, stiff-legged deadlifts = hip extension. The SLDLs work your glutes too
 
we go back to what i told you in the other thread. if you hit compound lifts you will also hit glutes and hammy's automatically.

deep squats for heavy reps and your ass will be sore the next day. so you know you will have worked it. try it

you don't have to target exact muscles when you workout if you do compound lifts. and no i'm not saying don't do isolation lifts, but I'm saying focus on compound lifts first and go hard and heavy. don't leave a drop of sweat behind
