What do you think about a new strategy for me to train my legs twice a week instead of once a week but do lower volume.
My plan is to alternate squats and deadlifts back and forth. Then add in lunges and leg extensions on my day 2 split.
So it would be monday and thursday for example.
Is this a good strategy? I’m looking to build better conditioning to my legs
