Leg night tonight...

Well, I have legs again tonight... I'm glad that I actually look forward to legs... it's odd... I actually DO NOT look forward to doing biceps... and second most is CHEST... that's odd...

Going to try to up my front squats higher than I have been doing... although, if my leg workout is 2x as good as my last chest workout... I'm not sure if it will be anything good.

You might address me as a loser but Saturdays is leg day for me followed by Deadlifts then Power cleans....

and to prepare for this takes me the entire day (almost) I rest eat light and concentrate and focus and think about what I am about to embark.......a personal invitation to pain......aaahhh yeeeeuuugh

it looks like this

Lunges the length of the gym for warm up
135 front squat (no belt)
225 front squat ""
275 front squat ""
315 reg squat ""
405 reg squat ""
single w/ belt 495
*TRIED 585.....GEEEEZ....I LOST VISION IN RIGHT EYE FOR A WHILE AND COULD NOT WALK GUY BEHIND COUNTER ASKED ME IF I NEEDED ANY HELP*

DL 225/315 (no belt)....Sinlge 495 with wraps / belt


Power cleans singles no belt no wraps up to 250


I commend you on the Front squat a forgotten movement
one that makes some people stop and look at you weird I am currently stuck at 275 any way to break that weight barrier?

oooh love those front squats...they are hell on my wrist though! I feel so stable in the hole doing these--probably because I am more upright?

looking forward to my leg day tomorrow :D
 
I just hurt my hip flexor....Leg day is my fav day also..
I like taking my squats to the pocket...Its a nice feeling
of acheivement.. And deadlifting is also a great felling..

hope my hip gets better soon...
