I used to work my lower body and upper body on seperate days until I noticed that my legs were getting huge!!
Then I started doing full body 3x's a week with only one exercise for each lower body part and less weight with 15 reps. I noticed my legs stopped growing.
Now I am back to upper body 3x's a week and lower body 2x's a week and they are starting to get big again. I would really like to keep the upper and lower body split but I really don't want to add size to my legs.
My legs need to be down sized but definately more defined. I know I don't hold a lot of fat on my legs (I thought I did until I went to a doctor about liposuction.. he told me that they don't suck muscle..lol) but they are just like thick tree trunks with very little shape. I also have cellulite on the back of my hams and on my butt.
Can someone help me out with a lower body routine or some insight on what to do differently?

If there is still cellulite then there is still a fare amount of fat deposted there. As you drop over all bodyfat you will also shed the fat in your legs but the area you are speaking of is the typical fat storage for ladies and stubborn. Keep at your logging and clean diet it will happen just slow in that area to make changes in.
 
drop to a very low weight, or use no weight at all and do high rep squats and lunges. Do exercise like donkey kicks and lunges with your back leg elevated on a bench. Also - do deep side lunges with no weight at high rep.

Squats
Sumo Squats
squats w/legs together
Lunges - front, side, rear
donkey kicks

make a superset out of these and you'll be sore. Plus, you'll get a good cardio workout.

The only place you can actually pinch on my legs is my inner thigh but I will make changes to my routine!!! Thank you very much!! AGain!!

Sumo squats hit that good so do pliate squats.
