I hate guesstimating bodyfat from a photo lol...I would say mid to low teens, you have some good size and if you want to cut then cut, the best thing about bodybuilding...the leaner and more ripped you get, the bigger you look!

I hate guessing BF myself, there are way too many variables. People who go from thread to thread guessing BF make me nervous and skeptical..
 
Im 23 at 5'9 205lbs. I'm gunna run my first test cycle in January.

Nice bro...you will enjoy it! How many weeks 10 or 12? As you already know...keep it to just test for your first cycle, and make sure you dial in on cycle support supps and PCT.

Looks like a good plan, 350mg of Test E (split 175mg 2x EW) is kind of a pain in the ass to figure...is the Test E you are using 250mg/ml? To me that is too much thinking lol...but I understand where you are coming from and wanting to start at a low dose for your first run with test. The kickstart with Forged Mass is good, but you will need HCG or at least HCGenerate on cycle and to kickstart PCT at the tail end of the cycle, and I would add Unleashed or Test Infusion to your PCT. What AI do you have on hand? I have to look again, but are you planning on running a SERM in PCT? Clomid at 25/25/25/25 would be sufficient, and other than those suggestions looks to be a good first cycle that will have some good strength gains in the very beginning from SD.

Can't wait for my arm to heal so I can begin my first injectable. Thinking I'm gonna front load the test with some beastdrol!!! Hahahaha......I'll take 30 lbs please with a side of freak strength!!!! I'm coming for ya led..... Give me five years lol!!!!

these are my pics from a couple months back towards the end of my cycle, i have more pics on my profile pics

I am improving year over year. sticking to 2-3 cycles per year.. spent a lot of 2010 natty.

goal is to keep improving year/year and cont researching and reading up.. trying to keep up with all the new and improved supps/peptides etc.. not worried about the scale or anything but i do like to stay between 180-188 at 5' 6". and i keep my body fat 11-14% depending if i am on or off

maybe in my late 30's/early 40's will start upping dosages and stacking more.. for now i stick with less than 800mg a week and only stack 2 things at once. i 'might' do a show in the spring but i would have to comp and drop down to get into the lightweight division.. i have a lot of mass compared to those lighter guys

thanks.. pretty much the light weight guys have less body fat but no where close to as much mass as me. so just depends on what the judges go for.. the dude who won it last year won it more on his low body fat and enthusiasm on stage.. didn't really have that much size. figure if i can comp down to 10% body fat and get into the mid 170's i will be golden in the lower categories.

got a lot of catching up to do on here.. had a nasty sinus infection the past 2 weeks. only was able to hit the gym twice last week .. hopefully i can improve enough to be back next week 100%.

I hear you. It does depend on what the judges are looking for, and usually in the lightweight division they look for that shredded look. Why? Because they know most of the time that's all they will get in that division. I remember when I used to compete, I would watch the other classes pose. With the right lighting, tan, and oil the lightweights looked jacked on stage (optical illusion). But when I would walk by them it looked like I could pick them up and burp them like a baby. They were/are literally small, so I understand your plight.

I believe you can win in that division with ease.. Just come up with a plan and stick to it. You should give yourself ample time to get ready for that show. Get to the weight you want to be at early, so you can have time to manipulate, tweak, and adjust things if needed.

I took to 2 months off to let my body rest and return to its normal state. I will back at it Monday. I feel good physically and mentally, hence, those are the leading indicators to flip it to Rock and Roll.

I hope you feel better soon..

Glad to see you post up here bro, and yes you need to do that show, it is time! Like led said with your extensive knowledge and experience, and the constant willingness to help others with their goals you need to focus that attention to getting yourself stage ready and doing this for yourself bro...I have always admired your passion for this lifestyle, and even our discussions about organic, grass-fed, free-range foods, nutrition, and growing our own gardens...I always appreciated the time you take for me and others bro to educate and just make sure that the brothers and sisters here are being smart and safe, you are a valuable asset to this forum bro, and thanks!

Holy shit today I found out what pumps were. 9 days in to halo and trenazone both at 75mg. Had to take 3 days off out of the 9 so not seeing super gains yet. But today I did dumbell press and cuban press and had to stop after 20 minutes the pumps were so bad. I always wondered what people were talking about. 10 min on the bike and I was able to go back at it though.

Lol. I was just playin' with you. You definitely look like you have the goods to start the sauce. However, I don't know your age, so I would suggest you don't take anything if you are under 22. People around here think 25 is the right age to start using AAS, but I say, different strokes for different folks.. Twenty-two seems to be the right age if you are serious about weight training, and are not just doing it to walk around your hometown looking buffed trying to impress people. Do it if you love the sport. Consequently, you will excel and not be another steroid casualty. They are walking around all over the place. Trust me, I know. I been at this game for 20 years...

Im 26. Led, did you see my forearm bruise? I was supinate deadlifting when my grip was about to fail. Few min later my forearms are all bruised.

Back in the gym today after an 8 week break. I weighed in at 242. BF unknown, but I would say it is still in the single digits. Still looking a little tight, but that fullness is gone.. My strength has gone down some, but nothing to have a nervous breakdown over.

I just stuck to the basics and did not try anything heroic or exotic.

I did morning cardio for 30 minutes at a moderate pace, just to get the blood flowing and to funnel oxygen to my muscles.

1). 3 sets of incline bench 315 for 10
2). 3 sets of incline bench 315 for 10 but adjusted the angle
3). 3 sets of flat bench 325 for 10
4). 3 sets decline bech 275 for 10

12 sets and I was gone.. No need to overtrain..

Note* I don't do under 10 reps for a set.. Will get to 15 reps a set with this same weight. Contrary to popular belief, reps get you jacked..

Note* I did more inclines because us amateurs lack upper chest. Stuck to basic movements. Will integrate other exercises as I go.. No need to do anything else right now.

Diet is not dialed in because of the proverbial and dreaded holidays that are fast approaching.. It's hard to turn down homemade Italian food (if anyone can relate), so I will not lock in until after the holidays. Once I lock in I don't deviate from that path, hence, I will wait to "really" lock in on my diet to after the holidays. Nevetheless, I did eat a couple quality meals today. I had egg whites, flounder, and sirloin.. Will eat whatever I want for right now as long as I feel I'm taking in an ample amount of protein.

Goal: 250-252 @ 4% by mid July, and I know I will get there!!

I separate cardio from my weight training. I like to drink a 20 oz coffee in the morning then do my cardio. Doing cardio on a empty stomach in the morning helps to dip into fat storages. This is the only time of the day when I am in a vasoconstricted state, which constricts blood vessels. Consequently, you retain more body heat during vasoconstriction. By raising body heat you burn more fat. That is the only time of the day I stay in that state because it's catabolic (muscle antagonist). Conversely, when I weight train I strive for "vasodilation", which increases blood flow and oxygen to the muscles, which is ideal for muscle building (anabolic state)..

I don't recommend taking "stims" pre-workout if you are trying to put on size because stims cause vasoconstriction. People think because they get a pump from stims that they are building muscle..Wrong, they are deceived..

Yeah, im one mad mofo give me my coffee or move batch get out dee way! I too use this as my preworkout I learned it from Ronnie Coleman that niggie be drinkin a gallon of coffee b4 workout. Funny how ppl buy caffine pills why? Just drink it.

It's hard to turn down homemade Italian food (if anyone can relate), so I will not lock in until after the holidays. Once I lock in I don't deviate from that path, hence, I will wait to "really" lock in on my diet to after the holidays. Nevetheless, I did eat a couple quality meals today. I had egg whites, flounder, and sirloin.. Will eat whatever I want for right now as long as I feel I'm taking in an ample amount of protein.

Goal: 250-252 @ 4% by mid July, and I know I will get there!!

Man that's pretty impressive for a come back from an 8 week break. Looking at your picture you definitely can reach your goal. I'll be following if you're thinking about logging your progress until July
 
Did arms today. Stuck to the basics and concentrated on my form being correct and getting into the right rhythm.

Triceps: I try to hit all the heads.

1). 3 sets of close grip bench 275 for 10 2 sets at 275 then went up to 285 for 10
2). 3 sets of push downs with the rope. Did not pay attention to the weight. Did 10-15 reps for every set.
3) 3 sets of seated dips (no weight) 10-15 reps

Biceps:
1). Stand up barbell curls. 3 sets of 10. One plate on each side. Stayed at the weight because I was more worried about my form being right.
2). Seated dumbell curls. 3 sets of 10. Used 55 and 65 lb. dumbbells.
3). Preacher curls. Hammer style. 3 sets of 10. weight really unknown. I was just concentrating on my form..

Note* I only did 9 sets for Biceps and 9 sets for triceps, that's it. Then I got the f*ck out of dodge. No need to overtrain. Overtraining is prevalent, I can read. Better to undertrain than to overtrain. Make no mistake about that one!

Diet was okay: I took in at least 40-50 grams of protein every 2-3 hours. Shakes, flounder, egg whites... Not on spot yet.. Will start diet log post-holidays..

Note* I decided to train natural for a while, so my body can adjust to me training again. Will train natural until I feel my body telling me it is time not to train natural.
