1-3 TEST PROP: 100 mg / EOD
1-16 TEST E: 250 mg / week
1-16 EQ: 625 mg / week
11-18 TREN A: 100 mg / EOD or. 50 mg / ED
11-18 MAST PROP: 100 mg / EOD or. 50 mg / ED
13-18 ANAVAR: 60-100 mg / ED

HCG, 10-18 weeks (250 or 500 iu / 2x week). AI on hands, i have a 100 tab. proviron. PCT, hmmm i dont know - maybe nolva (40/20/20/20) + clomid (100/50/50/50) for 4 weeks ?

EZ_E, tnx for the opinion. Impressive stats ? :D Hahah, that's not impressive, but for me is solid. 2008 i had a 150 lbs and same height as far....

npcworkhorse, i do not need "large" mass/ gains (water/fat/muscle), maxximum 10 lbs and drop 2 % BF. This is my goal - athletic/fitness body. I have the right diet (very, very clean, no off meals) and good training.

over 200 and under 12% is no joke bossman....and now that I see your 2008 picture I am even more impressed....

1-16 eq/boldenone 625 mg / WEEK
9-16 masterone propionate 150 mg / EOD /// 75 mg / ED
9-16 trenbolone acetate 100 mg / EOD /// 50 mg / ED
13-18 anavar 80 mg / ED

1-10 weeks: 300 g proteins, 250 g carbs (around a training and first post workout meal), 100 g healthy fatt. Training: 5-6x / week, cardio 2x per week.
11-18 weeks: 350-400 g proteins, 50-100g carbs (before and after training), 100 g healthy fatt. Training: 5-6x / week, cardio: 4-5x per week.
