Hello! Im having a little problems moving around with "taptalk" and couldnt sort out my profile or get no where really... except here[emoji13]
so while Im at it, I might ask for experiences on this....
Im a physique competitor, been doing things quite right for several years, competition season begins for me in 14 days (thats why I am half dumb these days and can't get round taptalk app propperly probably)...
after this season Ill be bulking for 3 years to get some meat on my frame and go for higher categories...
I am right now 175cm and 76kg at 6%bf.
Im trying to decide what kind of cycles should I run in a nearby future....
my ideas are:
option 1: Test/Eq/var
wk 1: 1000mg test / 1000mg eq /50mg var ED
Wk 2 to 12: 500 test / 500 Eq / 50mg var
option 2: Test / deca / oxy or dbol
week 1 to 5: 100mg oxy Ed or 50dbol Ed or even 50 oxy + 30dbol
week 1 to 10: 500mg test / 500mg deca
so what are the pro's and cons of each cycle, which would you reckon works best.... [emoji1] thx!
