lean bulk on SARM's log

1-10 ostarine 25mg

11-14 nolva 30,20,20,10

calories around maintenance as i want to stay relatively lean as i will likely run a full cycle fairly soon depending on how my next few sets of bloods go.
 
day 32

trained tri's and calves. decided against a de-load, too much shit going on at the moment i need to train hard to get shit off my chest. instead of a de-load im just training around the niggles and picking excersizes that don't aggravate them. so todays workout was cables only, high volume.

15 sets of tricep push downs varying reps, last 3 sets drop sets
15 sets of over head cable extensions varying reps, last 3 sets drop sets
15 sets of body weight calf raises in between tricep sets.

insane pump, intensity was good in and out in an hour.
 
day 32

It's always good to mix things up like you did this day. Pump workouts always feel great too. If your shoulders are sore you could just concentrate on legs for a few days.

Will be focussing on hamstring isolation movement. I have tight erectors so legs aggrivated them a little bit but they feel better now. My wheels are one of my better parts but my hams lag on my quads, havent hit my quads directly for 2 months only been hit with compounds and they are still growing.
 
day 33

trained back and bi's

pretty basic training, didnt go to heavy, really focused on the eccentric portion of most of the movements, pump wasnt nearly as good as usual even though my diet has been on point the last few days. bumping my prami dosage to 3x 250mcg and will start S4 at 25mg pre workout only on thursday. going to back off calves slightly and only hit the eod for a while to let them recover a bit then il go back on anther blast and try get them to grow!
 
day 34

trained quads, hams and calves.
pretty decent session, nice and basic still working around my tight erectors. had a good long stretch post workout. weights back down around 194 after peaking at around 203 just from dropping cals to maintenance, will probably stay here for the rest of the cycle and hope to recomp a little. bringing s4 in tomorrow at 25mg pre workout, really looking forward to it. upped prami today to 4x 250mcg which went well, i only seem to get tired on prami when im sedentary so i can handle dosing it during the day most of the time. hunger has been insane the last few day since dropping cals back to 3100 - 3400, hopefully it will subside soon.
 
day 35

trained chest and shoulder.

shoulder pain seems to have gone. pretty decent workout, good pump, pretty good strength and endurance through the workout. dosed s4 at 25mg 1hr pre workout, didnt really feel much from it i dont think. made my stomach a little upset for about an hour but nothing too serious. weight is holding steady but im leaning out again. weighing 194lbs. im going to keep s4 at 25mg for about 10 days until i start 2 a day training then i'll up it to 50mg.
 
day 36

trained bis and tris

holy mmother of pump! trained super high volume and high intensity for about 2 hours and my pump just kept getting better, i usually start to lose the pump after about 90 mins. dosed s4 about 90 minutes preworkout today maybe a little more vascular and definitely a better pump. weight is down around 195lbs but im still putting on muscle and leaning out slightly, looks like a nice little recomp at the moment. dosed prami at 300mcg this morning and just hit a dose of 700mcg to see how i handle the larger dose.... i should have some amazing dreams tonight!
 
day 37

so i sold my home gym today and went to sign up at the gym i was going to move too and they had shut early... not happy, no workout today. im still getting noticeably leaner though and have defiantly made some insane gains, esp in my calves... i would say i have gained close to an inch on them in the 2 month period of ed training, however i did get sore shins doing this so it will be a training method i will continue to cycle. this seems to be the way i grow best, "over-training" a muscle for a period of time then backing off the gas pedal for a while and repeat. my diet has been on point the last week or so, so a lot of the leaning effect is more water id say from not being in a super hyper-caloric diet and also the fact that my metabolism seems to be finally waking up after nearly 30 weeks dieting.
 
Day 38

Trained hams, calves, forearms and back.

Just a little touch up workout as i am starting a new split with a new training partner as of tomorrow but i dont want to miss today completely as i missed yesterday. Feeling good weighing around 193lbs and looking pretty lean.
 
And here is what a lot of you dont know and i hope it doesnt effect advise that i recieve on this forum but i am only 16 years. I do not reccomend any other person my age play with any PED's no matter how mild but i feel seems as my condition with my low test and the fact i have been training nearly 5 years and have a well above average knowledge on the human body and diet aswell as enough of a brain to study anything i put into my body extensively that i am a exception, say what you will. I am 5 7" 193- 203lbs at 12% body fat have a 405 squat, 485 dead and 255 bench naturally so its not that im looking for an easy way out at all.

Just thought this needed to be added to the log, also my mum is a nurse and i am 100% open with her with my decision on what i choose to take and i always ask her second opinion on substances, even my decision to likely blast and cruise if i am put on trt or if my natty test doesnt recover i ran past her. So i have 24/7 medical supervision + i have regular bloods done and take all precautions neccassary to maintain the best health possible.
 
day 39

trained twice.

am chest and biceps. good workout, good strength but very little pump, dosed my s4 before this workout too.

pm calves, shoulders and biceps. this was a quick in and out workout but still got good volume in and the pump was insane, weird how like 10 hours can change things so much.

been getting a little acne since staring the s4 but nothing too bad. weighing 194lbs and looking about as lean as i did at 185 before the start of the cycle/ off season. diet has been on point consuming about 2800 clean calories a day and 6-800 "dirty" calories all of which are pre/inta/post workout.
 
day 40

trained quads, hams and calves.

first time doing a quad dominant session in about 3 months, also the first time iv squated over 280lbs in about 6 months due to only training from home and not having access to heavy weight. i hit 2 sets of 405 for easy triples ass to grass, probably have a 5 rep amrap in me. did super high volume was close to a 3 hour slog but intensity was decent and i know i will be sore for the next few days! weighing 194lbs and looking considerably leaner day by day since starting s4 and nailing down on my diet. i know 405lbs for a triple isnt amazing at my body weight but seems as its the first time i have had over 280 on my back in ages im pretty happy with it also the fact im 16 and out squating some of the older guys im pretty happy. going back for another set of bloods in about 3 weeks and then again in about 7 weeks. depending on the results of these bloods it will decide a lot of my future in aas. i feel despite being 16 i have a pretty decent base and also the fact i have low natural test leaves me as a exception to most other 16 year old. i know some people will disagree with my choice to blast and cruise (sensibly, if it can even be called that) if bloods dictate low test again the next 2 times but i am well aware of the pros and cons and will defiantly not be skimping out on my health.
 
day 41

back and triceps

killer sesh, high volume great pump. threw some occlusion training in for the tris at the end and my arms just swelled up with blood. really loving the atmosphere of training at a good bodybuilding gym and not just from home.

been getting some mild headaches lately im guessing from the s4 so hopefully that will subside, s4 dose is still at 25mg pre workout. weight has jumped up today for some reason but i look leaner and full as! weighing 197lbs.
 
day 42

chest and biceps

this was a lighter more of a pump session as i hit chest 2x a week first time heavy, second time high rep. felt super weak today but still got a decent session in. not much new to report on
 
Arms are at 16" (weakest body part) i havent got a quad or a chest measurement il do it for you when im at home. Quads and back are by far my strongest body parts if i where to guess my quads would be about 26" with minor feathering still in vatsus lateral.
 
Have only just started training quads directly again last week after only training them lightly with compounds as i feel i need to bring my hams up more that my quads
 
Fingers crossed il have a 5 plate atg squat in the next month or so

Trained shoulder.

Strength was good, decent pump nothing to special. Nothing much to report.

Make sure you use that full ROM bruh. Nothing more annoying seeing people step into the gym squatting heavy shit with partial reps. I always believed full ROM is key for growth espeacilly in the legs
 
I squat atg baby dont worry about that. The person next to me was squating 6 and a half plates for 1/10th reps and the vets in the gym where more impressed but my 4 plate atg squat than his 6.5 plate partial.

Whats everyones faviroute way to squat, low bar or high bar?
 
I prefer low bar squats

trained calves, bis and tris

super hight volume, lots of super sets and drop sets. pretty decent workout pump wasnt anything special though. weighing 196lbs. nothing much to report.
 
day 45

trained hams, calves, traps and forearms (hit abs fasted in a separate session)

long session predominantly based around deadlifts. i havent really done any sumo or conventional dealifts for about 8 months and it really tells, going off the numbers i was pulling for reps tonight id say my current 1rm is about 440lbs, well down from 485 but i should gain the strength back pretty quickly. weight is up at 197lbs
 
Day 46

Doing 2 a day training for the next few weeks...

Am i hit bi and abs with one tri exersize. Just a light session nothing to speacial.

Pm i hit chest, bis and a little tri's. This was my heavy chest day, strength was decent and so was the pump.
Weight is 197lbs atm, will be upping s4 to 2x 25mg doses bothe pre workout.

am workout, quads.

pretty decent workout, started with heavy squats, pyramided up to a heavy double with 200kg (440lbs) not ass to grass but defiantly parallel which i dont mind as i really wanna get strong as fuck at the big 3 even though im a bodybuilder.

pm workout, hams, calves, abs, forearm, traps.

mainly did hamstrings, they were still a little sore from sundays session so i will be swaping back and legs around next week to give me 1 more day to recover. just did basic seated calve raises 12 sets of 15 and 3 sets of leg raises for abs. for forearms i did shrugs strapless, killed 2 birds with one stone, i felt my grip strength was lacking in my deadlifts on sunday so thats something i need to work on.

weight 197lbs a little bloated but still pretty lean.
dosed 25mg of s4 am and 15mg pm both pre workout.

big high volume session with my buddy, great pump, good strength and endurance.

pm triceps.

hit 45 sets of just triceps, 4 sets for each movement. in and out in about 50 minutes, sick pump!

Started Ostarine on Monday and it is now Wednesday. Been taking 0.25 ML for 2 days now. 12.5mg comes out to be. By taking it two days I already think I feel sensitive Nipples from it. Not sure if it is just in my head, or because I have not been sleeping well lately. Let me know what you think. Should I stop? Continue to take it and risk Gyno? If I do continue Ostarine will my body be able to fight it off naturally or am I going to have to take something to help fight the estrogen levels? Then again this could all be in my head. Thanks

Its all in yohr head man, ostarine wouldn't have effected e levels in only 2 days. It is possible you already have high e and it is just a coincidence that you got sensitive nips at the same time as starting osta. Having said that i would still have an ai like arimidex or aromasin on hand if estrogenic side arise. If you are really worried go and get sone bloods done to find out yohr levels

Maybe I am very sensitive to it. I want to continue. Is there anything over the counter that will help this? Also if I continue the cycle and do not take anything along side, will my body fight it off when the cycle is over naturally?
 
Look into a otc ai for the prohormones, they should be plently strong enough for ostarine

AM- chest

this was my high rep chest sesh, good pump and high volume. shoulders where a little tight to start but once i stretched them out really good they felt fine.

PM- biceps

very high volume and high intensity. started off with some heavy cheat curls then moved onto to the volume work. i did buddy curls with the guy i was training with 30 sets of 10 non stop, only planned on doing 10 but our competitive nature got in the way and we just kept going! good pump and left the gym feeling thrashed!

weight 198lbs went out for lunch today and ate 1kg (2.2lbs) of ribs without bones and they where amazing.
 
day 50

last dose of uniquemicals osta. using towering labs powdered osta for the rest of my cycle.

am abs and calves nothing special

pm shoulders and traps

super high volume as usual. went heavy on plate loaded machine shoulder press then the rest was high volume, high intensity work. felt good, good pump and left the gym absolutely drenched in sweat.

198lbs today hit 200lbs during the day but i have been smashing the water back as i feel dehydrated despite drinking arooud 6l of water a day whilst doing 2 a day training.
 
day 51

just trained once, arms only

nice and high volume and an insane pump! started of with close grip bench and pyrimided up to 225lbs for 5 which is really strong for me, feels like the s4 is kicing in good!

weight 197lbs and looking pretty thick now, little acne but nothing too bad. not much else to report.
 
day 52

only trained once - hams, calves and heavy deadlifts.

strength was pretty decent considering i had only slept about 2 hours because of a mates party i went to, i didnt drink or do any of the rec. drugs there though. calve pump was absolutely insane today.

weight 199lbs looking very full and leanish (12/13% bodyfat) but im starting to get a little gut at night (its gone when i wake up) from the food which is around about 3800-4200 calories at the moment because im training twice a day.

this was our heavy session mainly pressing went heavy on flat barbell and then on flat dumbbell. worked up 2 sets of with the 100lbs dbell. then dod a little more volume work after that

off for biceps now wont update cause bicep logs aren that exiting.

pre exhausted on pull over and pulk down variations then moved to rack pulls worked my way up to 5 plates for a rew reps. then moved onto a bunch of rowing variations, im absolutely spent now.
 
I'm following it man. Looking good. Only thing I could say is hit them calves more! They aren't to small but your quads are definitely over hanging your calves. If your goals is to compete remember even proportions are something you need.

Did you run MK-2886? I'm using it on my pct to stop the catabolism as much as I can

yes i did run mk2866, if you are using it in pct i would run it at 12.5mg not the full 25 because of minor supression also if pct is 5 weeks long drop it 2 weeks before finishing SERMS.

been hitting calves ed or eod through the bulk and iv put nearly an inch on the bitches! been getting shin splints from the frequency but they are growing. calves and hams have always been a struggle to keep up with my quads. appreciate the feed back.

thanks stackingplates. im lucky enough that my vatsus lateral stays straited at about 12% body fat.

trained quads this morning. worked up to a failed attempt ar 485lbs, il have it in a few weeks. 2 a day training is taking it out of me but its definatly paying off, weights going up slowly on about 5000 cals now and im getting slightly leaner. after the 485 attempt i dropped it to 405 and hit an amrap set of 8 then an amrap set with 315 of 16. after regular squats i moved on to a few sets of box squats then a few machines including the ad/abductor machine.
off for hams and calves tonight but it looks like it will be another late one (11-12ish) cause my training partner has work.

as for side effects i dosed s4 at 40mg pre workout for a little extra kick and i had a hard time adjusting to the light when i left the gym. i will still only take 50mg today just will be a smaller dose pre hams and calves tonight.

went pretty light lots of fly movements, good pump and really good mind muscle connection.

wont be training this afternoon (meant to train biceps) as im about to head off for a massage to try get rid of some of the tightness iv got.

weights staying nicely at 200lbs plan to cut for the last 4 days of this cycle just to drop a tiny bit of fat and water and on the last day of the cycle i will be doing the rich piana 8 hour arm challenge followes by 2 days off the back to training during pct.

some of the guys at the gym dont believe nolva ir clomid will bring my test up due to all other levels being where they should be but pct will be

1-4 nolvadex 40 40 20 20
1-4 daa 3g ed
vit e 1000iu ed
vit c 2000mg ed

possibly low dose albuterol for the first 2 weeks to increase caloric intake without excess fat gain but not sure yet.

trained once, shoulder and calves. nothing overly impressive but still got it done

weight is plateaued hard at 197lbs but i dont mind cause im looking better and i know the weight will come when i drop back to training only once a day.
 
im on about 3500-4000 clean calories and 1500-2000 dirty calories atm. not ideal i know but appetite hasnt been amazing but im not going skimp on getting in the calories required to grow

If you do iffym why do you still call clean and dirt cals? We both know there's no such thing!

not too bad of a session but i dropped the volume a little and went to failure on only a few sets. back to training only once a day now.

off for blood tests on friday. some of the guys at the gym have told me not to run nolvadex to get my levels back up as all my HPTA is perfect except for test (lh/fsh/estro are all good) does anyone want to chime in?

yeah i really hope so, going to give it a little more time and hopefully everything kicks back up. some of the older blokes at the gym reccomend i run sustanon for a few weeks at a low dose cause the synthetic test may trigger something that makes my body start producing endogenous test when i come off. but i cant see any science backing it.

their theory was that baecause iv been shut down for a fair amount of time that the synthetic test may make my body remember what ot was like to have test, then when i cycle off and run pct it may get my balls going again. this is coming from the vets of the gym and some of their theories are probs out dated.

really good session, good volume on all movement felt pretty decent too. today was my last day bulking, will be stating a 5 day mini cut tomorrow so peak of this cycle weight is 198lbs today. maxed out around 203 but generally my average weight was around 199lbs. will post photos on saturday after iv done the rich piana 8 hour arm challenge with a buddy just for fun (i will be back on a bulking dieting this day).

no doubt, i 100% think it was the dieting that caused y current situation. i just thought that 4-5 months later and about 40lbs gained that i wouldnt be so low, even 3 months post diet and about 32lbs gained i would have thought i would be higher than 8.8nmol/l! here's hoping that no lasting damage has been done.

It's sad man natural bodybuilding isn't really that safe and can really fuck your endocrine system. Not to mention make you feel like complete dog shit at such low cals with no androgens in your system. Have heard multiple horror story's of male and female naturals on trt for like from competing in a show

i know, you could argue that dieting on gear is safer tha doing it natural! just wondering what you status is on drugs man? natty or enhanced? your impressive either way!

I did some pro hormones in high school and even tried some test and other compounds but I'm natural right now I didn't notice a ton of difference on being so young and using such a little amount

Yeah man I'm a strong believer that the body does a great job of bouncing back to normal. Or maybe I'm just lucky. I think genetics have a big role in how one bounces back

yeah exactly, people put too much emphasis on genetics. im hormonaly an 8 year old girl and iv made some solid gains this off season. hard work beats good genetics if good genetics dont work hard..... unless you have branch warren genetics, then you have no chance 😂

My lady got with me when I was on a test/eq/deca cycle and my sex drive was insane and going to the end of the cycle couldn't find any emergency hgh clomid etc. So I shut down very hard for awhile. No days this is the fist thing I've done in a year and a half and pretty much took a whole dam year off. So want to know of you experienced any shutdown in cycle or now that you are off cycle?

well, i have low t so i found my libido sky rocketed after just a few days on ostarine, however im not sure wether it would have the same effect on you but i definitely cant see it having much of a negative impact on libido.

hit a huge chest and bicep session today, was in the gym for 3 hours and felt good every minute of it. i was looking swole as a mother fukka (in my opinion 😂) and just felt alpha, dont know what happened but i felt amazing in the gym.

after last nights huge session, todaya huge session and 1 day of just not eating like a pig a weighed in at 193lbs!! most of it is lost water and glycogen but i wasnt expecting such a rapid drop. i assume that after thos 5 day deficit i will be around 188ish and about 194lbs when carbed up again.
 
day 60

hit calves, back and tris

plenty of volume for the back, finished up with rack pull, worked my way up to a triple with 6 plates a side (585lbs) then attenpted 6 and a half plates but one of my straps slipped, i believe i will be able to pull 7 plates a side in a few more weeks. anothe long slog in the gym but i enjoyed every minute of it, i have a great bunch of guys at my gym so it makes it a joy to train (even though it always is).

here the bombshell.... weight was 190lbs! thats close to a 10lbs drop in 2 days.... i have been low carbing it (100ish g) so a lot will be glycogen and water and maintenance for me is probably about 4300cals and im consuming about 2000 cals so im in an agressive defficit but i wasnt expecting that much of a drop.... i guess i must have been full of shit! 😂

just another thing i thought id let you guys know, the photo of me on the left is why i started training 5 years ago. i still have very mild gyno from being fat that you can see when im shredded but i am in a much better possition physically and mentally now and really looking to see what i can do either in proffesional bodybuilding or in the supplemement and fitness industry depending on where my genetics, willingness with drugs etc. take me.
 
day 61

trained legs, felt very flat but still got my volume im and strength was average. hit a 5×5 with 405 on squats to kick off the used mainly machines.

upping s4 to 75mg ed for the last few days to see if it helps harden me a little bit more.

weight is back at 193lbs and looking considerably tighter.
 
day 62

trained chest, calves, biceps and a little traps

workout was meh, pump was decent though and i look pretty lean today. been getting shitty sleep lately and am a little sick so recovery hasnt been amazing but oh well.
off for bloods tomorrow, wont run a pct for the time being whilst i am seeing an endo/doc. cycle finishes saturday but i will run 10mg of osta sunday/monday as they will be rest days for me as i havent missed a day in about a month so the low dose of osta will hopefully aid in recovery.

weight is 193 still dropped carbs completely today so should lose a little more weight before sunday.

good workout and pump still feeling a little sick but grinding it out.

watched a new guy at the gym walk in and hit a 5x5 on bench with 4 and a half plates a side! and he said he was feeling week!

weight is still 193lbs but i ate around maintenance today and im looking nice and full and leaned out nicely. tomorrow is my last proper day on the cycle.

no real sides with s4 at 75mg

and not going to do the 8 hour arm challenge tomorrow, it will just be a normal workout

How many days a week do you train?
 
pretty much everyday, i take days off when my body really need it or i have too much homework to do the get to the gym. i learn to feel when i need rest and i need rest now but i have scheduled sunday and monday or rest so im grinding through till then.

its the best way imo. esp being in year 11 at school studying to go to uni/college so i get bombarded with homework sometimes but i still find my time to hit the gym everyday pretty much always
 
day 64

smashed arms, calves and abs
lots of volume and good pump. in need of some rest though now.

spent the last 2 days around maintenance and im 192lbs pretty full and realtivly lean (10-12% bf)

will run a half dose of osta for the next 2 days and my last dose of s4 tomorrow morning then im off.
 
yesterday i went to a music festival and i was getting really bad back pumps which i never had a problem with on cycle. i also had a but of a yellow tint in vision since bumping s4 to 75mg.

didnt eat much at all yesterday and was dehydrayed from the festival and i woke lean and dry today. carbed up pretty well and sitting at 193lbs. this will probably be my last update as im not PCTing. overall very happy with the cycle, would defs reccomend it to anyone looking at something i get their feet wet before aas.
 
blood result post cycle.

ALT liver value was elevated more than pre cycle so that suggests they are minorly liver toxic.

LH and FSH were perfect and test was at 10nmol/l

the bottom range of normal is 10nmol but is the average level for an 8-10 year old boy and because i am technically in range our fucked up health system will not do anything to help me.... if our dr would prescribes what is necessary and have a more realistic put look on what they call normal test then i believe it would be much easier to control aas here as it takes away the people doinf self administration trt and the risks involved with it. this shit needs to be sorted out. will be going back for another set in a few weeks.

guys at the gym told me not to run nolvadex because everything apart from test os perfect so there is point in doing so and nolvadex does come with some side effects even though they may be mild.
 
and sitting back at 196lbs havent trained for 4 days now as im still sick, im having gym withdrawals!
