lean body?

NO I MEAN THE WAY ITS ABSORBED TOO QUICKLY THE BODY CANT HANDLE IT..IM 115 LBS WORK OUT 4 DAYS A WEEK AND PRETTY LEAN.,...I JUST WNANNA KNO ALSO WOULD HALF CUP OF SKIM MILK TURN TO FAT BEFORE BED WHEN I MEX IT WITH THE DESIGNER..U EVER TASTE IT .? WHAT SHAKE U TAKE AND TASTES GOO D FOR LOW CARB> WHAT DO U RECOMMENED???

don't mix the shake with milk, skim milk has no fat but has like 11-12 grms of sugar in a cup. bad! if you wanna get really lean and shredded cut out all dairy products hon. sorry to ruin your day. but anyways before i go to bed i pound a Lean body low carb- choc, only 1 grm sugar. you don't need the whole thing it has 42 grms of protein, drink half mix with a little water(8oz) 3 ice cubes in a blender - desert babe. throw in some L-glutamine to help recover from your training.
 
THANKS SOLID,....BUT I HAVE THE 20 GMS OF CARBS LEAN BODY CHOCOLATE WITH 45 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. ...WHICH ONE U HAVE ..BUT IF BEFORE BED I MIX HALF THE PACKAGE WHICH IS ONLY 12 CARBS 150 CALS AND 23 PROTEIN...IS THAT GOOD OR THEY WILL TURN TO FAT TOO...THAT IS THE GOOD CARBS RIGHT??

hey that's ok I have the regular Lean body too> it has 24 carbs but only 2 grms of sugar. Your on the right track just drink half. Hey and what else is good about it is that alot of Meal replacement contain Aspartame(which is bad) but Lean body uses Sucralose, which is made from real sugar but contains no carbs. Like Splenda- have you used this before I use it religiously on my oatmeal to sweeten my coffee, this shit is great. Anymore questions just ask.

IM 18 LOL..I AM DEDICATED TO GYM,,,BUT DO U GO ON KETO DIETS OR LOW CARB..AND WHEN U HAVE THE SHAKE BEFORE BED DO U HAVE HALF THE PAKAGE OR USE SOMETHING ELSE....WHAT ABOUT THE TASTE OF LOW CARB LEAN BODY..12 CARBS AND 45 PROTEIN FOR 1 PAKAGE? SAME TASTE? DID U EVER TRY DESIGNER WHEY..IS THAT GOOD BEFORE BED? WHICH FLAVOR U LIKE AS A WHEY.?
 
I'm 23. No I don't ever go on Keto diets, I lose too much muscle on them. Your body needs carbs to function, especially your brain, I find that when on a Keto diet I feel stupid and can't think straight. I prefer a moderate carb diet. No I don't half the package I need the whole 42 grms of protein, you don't so shoul half it. the taste in the low carb is exactly the same as the reg I feel like the only diference between the 2 is there is more in the regular Lean body. No desingner is crap. And regular protein shakes don't do it 4 me. They don't give you the satisfied feeling. its like drinking flavored water, go for the Lean body MRP.:D
 
DO U HAVE ABS? PEOPLE SAY HAVIN CARBS BEFORE BED WILL STOP THE FAT BURNING PROCES...WHAT IS THE LIMIT..I THINK MRP ARE DIFFERENT THOUGGH
 
yes I have abs for now at least, still from summertime:D ...but it is now time to be puttin on some mass baby cause winters on it's way...so say bye bye to those ab e bab e's till next summa:mix: . yes that is true but it doesn't mean if you have a couple you just fucked up and are gonna get fat. No they just mean that you should LIMIT you carb intake at night. For example I try not to eat any carbs after about 6:00p.m. But I still get minimal carbs from say like some cottage chz, or protein bar, or my MRP shake, so to make things easy...just keep it minimal...you'll be fine with what we talked about.

Missy..take off the cap lock on the puter..O.K. this is the debate goin on for some time now....Should you stop taking in carbs after a certain time? Some feel yes, for obvious reasons but other dietitians feel that you have "x" amount of calories needed daily to run your body, so whether what time you take them in, as long as you don't exceed your daily k/cal to run your body then your alright. As far as leaning out, like solid said, get out the dairy) as much as possible), but mostly it has to be the breads and sugars out of the diet, anything white (food) has to go..your young so live and learn...
