I did two cycles of 1AD for I did my first "real" cycle. The first time around it worked very well for me; the recommended dose of 300mg/day for 20 days (1 bottle). I used nothing post cycle and retained most of my strength gains. I gained about 6lbs, 2.5 probably fat. My strength gains were high enough to make me want to do a second cycle so I decided on 2 bottles of 1AD, slowly pyramiding up and the same coming down to try and make the crash easier. I post cycled with some Chrysin. I crashed hard enough this time to where I will not recommend more than 1 bottle, and will not do 1AD again. I went through an entire week of pure hell feeling depressed. My gains were half of what I had before, and for a hundred dollar cycle (2 bottles of 1AD and a bottle of Chrysin) was a ripoff. I did net some 8lbs - probably 5 fat, and after a few weeks I went into a hardcore cutting cycle.
I recommend 1AD to people I train with that want the best, IMO, proH there is - but it is not even close to a test replacement. Furthermore, I found with my "real cycle" I didn't crash at all, made more gains, retained more of my gains, and feel that there were less side effects (though I did a tame cycle compared to what everyone is doing here, sust 250mg/week for 8 weeks). I wouldn't add 1AD because of the additional stress on the body for relatively small gains.
