Latest back pics

yea man i can def see it from the first pic to the last one a big change.
you must be doing alot of lat pullsdown and seated rows for that mid back..
even your neck and arms look leaner and that midsection is def getting tighter plus the soft look is starting to go away once you get hard and defined your really gonna see a huge difference .

I personally am not a huge person i'm 5'8 hanging at 195lbs.
bodybuilding is a illusion to a extent. I lift for the total package but I'm always sure to focus on calves, forearms and traps ,along with keeping the midsection down with a nice vtaper and shoulders wide.becuase in a tshirt and shorts that all people can see is a little arm and the shape of whats under the clothes when they hang off you.

your doing a great job building a foundation with the basics keep going then work on polishing it off with shaping the muscle later on...then when you shape the bulk a bodybuilder/scuplter will appear when you start fine tuning on say the inner head of the tricep down to the forarm,or bicep peaks or a perfect diamond clalf all that will come later be patient and keep up the good work putting on the mass

you'll start to notice your muscle will get more defined and cut now that you've built a frame for yourself as you keep continuing to lift. excellent job homie

Your right bro I have been really working my back and legs in hope that the rest of my body will grow through those heavy lifts. I used to hate training my back but now it is probably my favorite day of the week. I hit it real heavy and around week 10 I really started to notice the difference. I was not the ideal candidate for gear according to some bros because i was soft and had a higher body fat percentage. I will never go back though. I will be finishing this cycle in the next month after pct I will jump into a test e, npp, and var cycle.
