well i skipped deads this week and just went light in the rack!
my bench went pretty good i set a PR in the gym on the bench
well my workout went like this:
warmups
bar-1x10
135-1x10
1x5
225-1x8
315-1x7
shirt
425-1x1 NO TOUCH
455-1X1 NO TOUCH
475-1X1 TOUCHED NEW PR!!!!!!!
455-1x1 TOUCHED FINALLY
If Sat. is a good day for me I plan to open with:
455(1st) 475(2nd) 485(3rd) depends on how i feel these could change
now for my deadlift:
585(1st) 640(2nd) then go for a PR 660(3rd) these could also change.
