last paranoid question

Noticed urine was on the darker side this morning. Have been drinking nearly a gallon a day.

I searched the forum, and it seems like most people with this problem were on a oral. ( I'm only going with test c)

Do I just need to up my water? My lower back has been hurting at night, just hoping I don't have a kidney issue

Currently 400mg. Increasing to 500 next week

Also taking 500mg of milk thistle.

2-3 Glasses per day , just make sure it's real cranberry juice and not some watered down concentrate.
