If you mean for Lance he's already turned it down. He's been twice already and never done well. One day races like the Olympics or the World championships are a real crapshoot. On any given day there are 30-35 guys who have the form to win on that day. There are probably less than 5 people on the planet who have a snowball's chance in hell of winning the Tour.

Lance, Tyler Hamilton (if he stays upright), Jan Ullrich, Andreas Kloden and maybe Alexander Vinokurov. Unfortunately the last 3 are all on the same team which means two of them are flat out fucked.
