Never used it myself, but found some reviews online:
"Not a bad product at all...taste is pretty good with just water (I have strawberry...sometimes I blend in a banana which tastes absolutely great), blend of proteins seems to stay with me for a while..overall pretty good."
"Excellent quality protein. Makes for a great night time protein shake due to the blend of caseinates, egg albumen and whey. I've tried the banana and it tastes like an ice cold laffy banana laffy taffy. Like AST, this is one supplement company you can definitely trust!"

We would get this stuff to give out to patients where I work (mostly because of the price).
