La Toya Jackson says, "my brother was murdered"

Dislocation reduction's arent typically emergent, can be if they're causing some sort of entrapment i suppose.

I think he means that as a physician, it legally, morally, etc appropriate to use propofol in the manner he described. What do the city limits of LA have to do with anything?

It's intended (unless in emergency situations) to be used under the guidance of physicians trained in anesthesiology and/or a CRNA in a clinical setting.

It's not intended for family practitioners to carry around in their Marcus Welby, M.D. bag.

Don't make me pull out my Nancy Grace card for additional proof.

I'm not an anesthesiologist. Gastroenterologists use it in their offices when doing colonoscopies.

As I mentioned before, there is nothing to say that you cannot use it outside the hospital if the reason for using it is legit.

98% of the time you are correct. It is complicated matters like this that makes the concept of peer review so important.

He asked for the drugs, he went to multiple physicians for these drugs, he begged his workers to get the drugs for him..

He killed himself!

I agree. I don’t think you can emphatically state, that there could never be a legitimate use to use Diprivan for its sedative effect in a home setting.

However, I would think that it would be highly unusual to use it in a home setting for a legit procedure.

what is to say one of his doctors even provided it to him tho. I mean, we all know its not difficult to get Rx meds without a script, even ones that are much more tightly regulated than propofol.
