O omanaman New member Jun 22, 2001 #2 kuda i use optimums pharmaceutical grade L-glutamine. its not too expensive and optimum is a pretty reliable manufacturer i would get just the plain pure L-glutamine powder with nothing fancy and just make sure you don't pay too much.
