l-glutamine or creatine

New member
well i did purchase some l-glutamine but i am now not sure if creatine would be a better investment

right now i take

Whey, UDO, Multivitamin

also please post some cons pro of powder creatine vs liquid

powder creatine isnt 100% absorbant. Liquid creatine is 100% absorbant and gives better results imho. Some people prefer powder though cuz its like having a little snack.

Liquid creatine is a worthless supplement. Why? When creatine stays in water for any extended period of time, it converts to creatinine, which does nothing inside the body.

As to glutamine, there's plenty of glutamine in any piece of meat, glass of milk, or whey supplement. It's just a specific amino acid that's included in any "complete" amino acid source such as meat, eggs, milk, and almost all protein supplements.

Creatine is BY FAR more worth your investment. Get the powder kind.
