L-Arginine and L-Orithine

Hello, from what I heard these two amino acids are very beneficial for weight training... I was wondering if this is true and if anyone can tell me they have to say about both of these.... Thanks.....

Ornithine, not orithine.....

BTW, it is supposed to enhance the body’s release of growth hormone, which promotes the body’s metabolism of excess body fat.
Its also good for promoting healing and repairing damaged tissue.

In fact, it is pretty much useless :(

Is it worth it? No...

Arginine has been shown in studies to increase, but I've never heard anyone say they noticed a substantial difference. Note that studies show most manufacturers recommend far less than the amounts that have been documented to be most effective.

While ornithine does appear to at least temporarily increase levels of growth hormone, claims of greater mass and strength are questionable. A more probable benefit may be improved recovery by flushing ammonia, a toxic byproduct of exercise, out of the body.

I believe supplements intended for GH release will only get you to your body's natural potential. To exceed that (which you and I would find most effective) you would have to inject HGH. But OTC GH releasers, you wont notice the difference.
