Kudos to NTBM for Superior Customer Service!

Just wanted to let everyone know of my extremely positive experience with NTBM. After many orders with them without a hiccup, I had ordered 2 bottles of HC Generate when they had the 30% sale. When the bottles came, one was in perfect condition, the other looked as if someone had dropped a brick on it! It was so smashed in, the cap was off, the seal had been broken, and there were many crushed caps inside. Apparently the monkeys at the Post Office were playing football with it or something.
I contacted NTBM and explained the situation. They promptly informed me they would send a new bottle to me without charge. Sure enough, it came within 3 days. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was already a loyal customer, but now even more so! Thanks to Lindsay and everyone at NTBM. You guys are tops

One thing you can continue to count on is that the customer service at ntbm is top notch... Lindsay is absolutely awesome and she always makes sure to take care of everyone... You can always rest assured that if there is any sort of issue, she will take care of it for you...

I love the products... but they deleted my account for some reason on the forum and I had to re register on the site... I know I didnt violate any rules so WTF.

the forum had to move its server so that is why you lost your acct..
