I said there are other means to get to such low bf, I didnt state that everyone who goes low uses all or most of these means. Bottom line is diet but I am not going to punish myself and spend most of my time in the kitchen and preparing meals for each day. I am to feel happy not under pressure, each to their own & good luck getting to where ya wanna be.
i hope your not taking what i say the wrong way im not saying that anyone SHOULD go down to 5%bf. i say do whatever makes u feel comfortable. i know i sure as hell dont feel good at 3% i do it solely for competition purposes. i feel much better at my offseason level of about 8-10%.the point i was originally tryin to make is that it is not as hard as many people think to get yourself down to that level.
