I’m 56 years old and been weight training for 30 years or more off and on. The past few years my knees have not agreed with me in the gym. When I do workouts they ache and are inflamed. I was doing leg curls and when I am curling they hurt and when I squat they hurt. What leg workout can I try that will not irritate it? I don’t want to end up unable to lift my legs at all.
