[FONT="]So I recently (as in this morning) found out that it's pretty likely I have torn knee cartilage and I'm wondering if anyone has any good ways to relive pressure on my knee so I can keep liftin legs without making it worse or do I need to just suck it up and deal with it? I'm trying to make sure I can still get through the upcoming football season but I would rather not have to give up squatting to do so...Thanks[/FONT]
