But as an adult, I realize that Kiss was not especially talented.

I never worshipped Buffet or anything but "Margaritaville" and "Come Monday" were great songs.

On Van Halen, you're just plain wrong. The original Van Halen put out great music. The long haired dj picture to the left was constantly rocking out to the Van Halen II cassette in his '76 Malibu station wagon (then 8 years old).
