Thank you. Oh, rest assured, I am a vehement "Standard Bearer" for the freedoms/liberties of the individual. My wife and I are MMJ growers and I am a supporter of "The Cause" (I do not smoke myself) and I have gone on record publicly speaking for the right to grow and use at numerous county Board of Supervisor meetings.

I'm not knowledgeable in foreign policy exactly. I won't be able to answer Your questions I'm sure. However I know Ron Paul had a policy more or less of isolationism and that will only hurt us in the Long run... As much of a loner as I am it's weird to say but I believe we keep a lot of the world stable as compared to what it could be if we withdrew and isolated ourselves. I agree with you about it being about money and power over all but We aren't completely selfish as a nation. Not that you asked my opinion but I'm a conservative who is non- Christian, doesn't care about marriage either way, and thinks Marijuana is mother natures miracle herb. It would single handedly bring us out of this recession. I also believe in this imperfect world, those who want peace should prepare for war.
How would the isolationism policy hurt in the long run? In the end, the intent would be to remove the US influence from the foreign lands and to let them grow at their own pace. At the same time, it also means that any funding to those lands also stop. Once the social programs are re-aligned as well, this would mean that over 50-70 percent of the federal budget is dropped. This excess would be used to pay off the deficit. After about 10 - 20 years of this, the US would be debt free.
Wouldn't that be in the best interests of everyone?
