KillahBee, can you help me with the width of this shape please?

I've got the Height of this circle figured out but I can't for the life of me figure out the Width??????????????? I think it might be a 4.75 by 7 inch circle or a 4.75 x 7.5 inch circle but I just can't seem to pin it down can you help?
