Kick starting weight loss

What is the best supplement for kicking starting weight loss for women? i.e. clen, T3, meridia, stacker 2, etc. Anything. Input appreciated. Cheers.

Would it be true to say that generally supps would not be beneficial until a healthy diet (and even workout routine) is established and followed for a couple weeks?

"Kick start" --- an OTC thermo is probably your best bet simply because any fast-force diet results are going to be water loss and if the body doesn't get a chance to adjust to a steady & consistent new routine, it is going to freak out & rebound.

I can't say enough for diet & training. In that order. I think OTC thermos also put you in the right frame of mind to produce results.

Is the diet and training in order? If not, then do THAT first to kick start weight/fat loss.

Cleaning up the diet will do WONDERS for the physique.

YES, 110%

At least a couple weeks. It is not TERRIBLE to add them in the beginning, but kinda silly. You want diet and training to be tight, then add supps - esp if you are deconditioned, or just starting back to working out. If you are already experienced with training/dieting and KNOW what works for you, then adding them in the beginning isn't bad.

I have been supplement-free (besides ALA) for several months now ... and really don't notice much of a difference to be honest. T-Rex was what I really miss though - I do notice a difference on that stuff.

Just ordered my T-rex yesterday coming this Thursday. Hit a slump this month. Stress and coming out of a bad relationship all while starting my MBA. I am burning the candle at both ends. Decided to take the last 7 days off training b/c I was exhausted and not feeling it. Hope to get back this week w/a renewed sense of energy and dedication.

I agree diet & training, then add the supp.s
Daisy-did you find a diff. between Levorex and t-rex? I've been mainly using Leverox, once in awhile I take 1 T-rex before a workout.
