OK i know this may sound wierd but here it goes..
When im not on my keto diet i have a clear water like piss, but today after running five miles (about 38 min) i went to the showers, then took a leak.. And i noticed that my piss STUNK and was dark dark yellow, now normailly i would say that i was extremely dehydrated, but i wasnt- i drake a 20oz Water while on thetreadmill... SO my question is.. Is darker piss a good sign while in ketosis, or am i being dumb?
