Well i started my ckd . Dropped like 6 pounds right away but my BF stayed the same. May have just been water weight . Im only a week and half into it .
Goals are to lean out.
But one question , when i started i was cramping pretty bad and i dont think it was from lack of water intake .
Has anyone gone through the same thing ?
Also i dont seem to be getting the same pumps in the gym.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Supplements are N2Guard
Protein powder
Creatine

It'll level out. I started my keto diet about two months ago and had the same problem. I'm good to go now.

Well last night while i was sitting there watching my nephews little league munching on sunflower seeds my legs gor super stiff and when i got up to leave, i got the worst leg cramps ever in my quads. I mean i could hardly walk. Damn i was fukken bummed.
They finally worked themselves out after walking a few blocks but shit ! What gives ?
Low potassium ? Electrolytes ? That shit sucked !

I get my potassium from tuna, beef and chicken.

Yesterday's level of 3638 came from 5 egg whites and one while egg for breakfast. 3 cans of tuna with 2.5 tbsp of light mayo for lunch and 1lb 93/7 lean ground beef with 4 slices of cheddar cheese for dinner.

Just eat and you'll get more than enough potassium bro.

I'm unsure of regulations for controlling the sale of supplements if you're not in the UK. However, if you are in England then "Yes", you can buy potassium freely and legally from a pharmacy or herbal store.
However, like semper has stated, you can get potassium in your diet very easily. It's an abundant mineral in many foods we eat. We need about 3-4g of potassium daily and you can get most of it from:

Potatoes (with skin)
Bananas
Yoghurt
Fish
Beans (lugumes and pulses)
Apricots
Squash
Leefy green vegetables
Avacadoes
Mushrooms (all types)

...and many other foods.
