i had read aloat obout keto from body opuse to Ellise diet and i dont agree with some parts of the ultimate diet ,but my quetion was if the amount of fat that u indigest in the week time plus the amount af steroids that u take have some negative effect on cholesterol levels, and second if somone tryed keto maybe share with as from his knolege.Personaly ,my diet is close to Rizz, i;m using some carbo after my workout. And rizz, by the way, in the state of keto state u ar using ketons and don't need carb.eather way, thank u very much guys becouse all the information that u gave me is important at some level.

Well, eating alot of fat can definetly affect your lipid profiles..... However, I remember reading (and I think it was in Bodyopus) that if youre in Ketosis, Lipid profiles are pushed in a positive direction regardless of Saturated Fat intake..... Maybe someone else knows more about that.... I also remember Duchaine talking about how Sugary Carbs affect your Lipid profiles almost as dramaticly as Saturated Fat intake..... I gotta say, with my diet, I eat TONS of Saturated fats.... I've never had a problem with Cholesterol, and High Cholesterol runs in my family too, so I got genetics working against me too..... Bodyopus is a GREAT book, even if you don't follow the diet plan.... Duchaine is a brilliant mind....

Sustanon, prop and deca right going to switch the sust for enanthate once I run out of these 50ccs.might add dbol and anadrol here and there along the way, planing to stay on for a year possibly.I want to get to 200 with bellow 10% bodyfat this year.

Interesting...I starting a CKD this week myself..so is the consensus that using AS during the CKD is beneficial?
Or could it be harmful at all?
Couldnt find information about it in Lyle's book

Thanks Bros

your gains will probably be more pronounced by "carbing up" every day (except after 7ish).....i think those more concerned with controlling BF %'s during a bulk would benefit the most.....you could also just beef up during the bulk and ckd during a cut with clen or eca......that would salvage much of hard earned LBM ..... mark me if i'm wrong

also, i would add a cortisol blocker at night and morning

i wonder if anyone tryed a keto diet or body opuse with steroids ,let say deca ,winstrol ...it dosen't mather.I'm wondering what happens on a cycle when the diet is only from proteins and high amount of fat.Give a line if somene tryed and tell me what happend with the colesterol levels?thank u!

Did a keto diet on a cycle once. Was a complete waste of gear for me. Gains were minimal.

sorry prizz but you crack me up bro with that avi being so funny and you are so serious with great posts.

yeah I do like prizz when cutting- ultra-low carb except during and after workout for glycogen replenishment. sometimes if a particularly brutal workout, carb up next morning as well.

seems to work better for me at holding on to muscle during dieting
