Keto diet and Cardio Q

i have a question that I'm sure most of you can answer. Ok i know when doing cardio they say the first 20 minutes one is burning up glycogen. Anything over 20min and then your body starts burning fat. Now does the 20 min factor decrease if I'm on a keto diet and already showing signs of ketones in my body? If my intake of carbs is already low then wouldn't the glycogen in my body be lower than normal?
 
Yeah you start burning fat pretty much right away when you are doing cardio while on a keto diet. Take any one of the ECA supplements and you'll burn even more.

When in Ketosis...most of energy burned during cardio comes from Ketones (fats), basically you burn fat RIGHT away.
