Keeping the pump

I've been on trt for 2 yrs. Just recently upped the ante. I'm up to 400mg test c and 400 deca per week. Just dropped the deca as I'll have to go for labs soon. I don't seem to hold enough water toKhan keep a pump very long. Also have exemestane ed. Any one have any ideas? Or is this to be expected?

How long does one need to keep a pump? It doesn't matter. And what about carbs/ food?

what does holding water have to do with this? im not understanding what exactly you are wanting or expecting here

you don't want to 'hold your pump' very long after a workout unless you are so damn egotistical that you are one of those people who lift arms for an hour then go out in public with cut offs to show them off.

What is your AI dosage? You might be crushing your estrogen levels.

For 400mg of test per week a good aromasin dosage would be 10mg EOD
